Kelly Callahan Cruise, President and CEO of the United Way Association of South Carolina, talks about the rising numbers of suicides in the area and local law enforcement and how United Way is seeking to to put a stop to it. She says the Association is doing this by starting a new program called Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training.
