North Shore Hotel, formerly Ocean Dunes Resort, is a boutique oceanfront hotel in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Located in the northern section of Myrtle Beach, considered the best area of the beach by many locals, the hotel will officially adopt its new name on March 1st 2019. Although the name of the hotel will be changing, the comfort and friendliness guests have come to expect will not change at all. After extensive renovations, Eddie Frazier, owner of the hotel since 2015, is committed to making the North Shore Hotel, a resort offering everything guests would expect from an incredible Myrtle Beach vacation. North Shore Hotel will remain as part of the Sands Resorts family.

In addition to the name change, over $600,000 in renovation updates include state-of-the-art front desk, guest lobby, new amenities, and upgrades to public areas. The hotel also boasts the recently improved guest rooms featuring conveniences which include complimentary high-speed wireless internet, in-room amenities, window treatments, bathroom upgrades and private balconies with breathtaking views. Guests will be happy to indulge in the newest resort amenities. North Shore Hotel is proud to introduce Neptune Blacklight Indoor Mini Golf Course located in its popular Family FunZone Entertainment and Conference Center. The hotel not only features a large oceanfront pool, sundecks, lawn areas for guests to enjoy, but it will also showcase the newly improved Sands Resorts Waterpark.
